Travel Registration (through Crisis24)
You will need to register your travel itinerary with Crisis24.
To complete this acceptance requirement, please follow the below steps:
Option 1. Forward your flight itinerary confirmation, exactly as it was received from the airline or booking source, from your Stanford email address to Stanford@tripdata.crisis24.com. Please avoid sending attachments (PDFs, etc.).
- Please note that this is an automated process, and no messages are required in your email to Crisis24. For the automated system to process an itinerary, it must include the traveler's name. If there are multiple itineraries (for example, flights and hotel), forward only one at a time.
Option 2. Alternatively, you can manually add your trip:
- Visit the Stanford Crisis24 Horizon Platform.
- If it is your first time logging in, enter your Stanford email address under "Register." (You may also be prompted to add a mobile phone number.)
- Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the main page and choose “profile.”
- Click "Create New Trip" in the top left-hand corner.
- Select “Trips” then “+Add New Trip”
- Input all fields, then choose +Add Trip Leg” to enter Flight, Accommodation, Car, or Rail segments.
- From the “Trips" page, select your trip, and take a screenshot of your Trip Details. The uploaded file MUST be in the following format and contain the following:
- The file should be saved as a PDF or JPG
- The file must show YOUR name – be sure to select the entire screen or the “People” button.
- The file must clearly show your travel dates and destinations
Please see example:
**NOTE: If you have not fully booked your trip, please input "YY" for the airline and "TBD" for your flight number. Once you have formally booked your flights, accommodations, train, or ground transportation, you will need to revisit this site and update your information.
